Terms & Conditions
I. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "TC") govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract or a contract for work concluded between the seller/contractor, Sonera s.r.o., with its registered office at Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Prague 6, ID No.: 22641416 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code").
II. User Account and Order
Based on registration on the website, the buyer can access their user interface, from which they can place orders for goods. The buyer can also order goods without registration. An order placed by the buyer via the e-shop or e-mail constitutes a binding proposal to conclude a purchase contract.
III. Purchase Price and Payment Terms
Prices of goods and services are listed including VAT and all related fees, unless stated otherwise (especially for B2B offers). The buyer may pay the price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the goods under the purchase contract to the seller in the following ways:
- by bank transfer to the seller's account;
- by cash on delivery at the place designated by the buyer in the order;
IV. Withdrawal from the Contract (Consumer)
If the buyer is a consumer (a natural person who does not act within the scope of their business activities), they have the right, in accordance with Section 1829 (1) of the Civil Code, to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be sent to the seller within the period specified in the previous sentence. Note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods that have been modified according to the buyer's wishes or for their person (e.g., custom CNC production, custom servers).
V. Rights from Defective Performance (Complaints)
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding rights from defective performance are governed by relevant generally binding regulations. Details are regulated by the Seller's Complaints Procedure, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
VI. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is: Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate - ADR Department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2. VII. Final Provisions
The seller may change or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions. This provision does not affect the rights and obligations arising during the effective period of the previous wording of the Terms and Conditions.
